Bacon is Magic is different…
and it has been for a long time.
April 1, 2010: The last photo of me in my old life.
It was once the story of a girl in her 30s who left to find inspiration in Latin America, it’s now the story of a couple of food hunters who only want to eat when they travel…well actually Dave likes to see stuff but I’m just content to eat and drink.
He’s been behind the scenes for a while, taking most of the photos and a lot of the video. Previously you’d only see his hands in videos and photos but yesterday we included his face in the easy Halloween treats video and you’re going to see it more often.
I’ll continue to be the main voice of the site, Bacon is Magic is like a journal for me. I like sharing the odd and interesting things I see around the world. But I wouldn’t be able to run the site the way I do now without him. So he’s coming out of the background.
It’s time I announced we’re officially moving from me to we.
It’s a pretty big step but I’m finally ready.
